Rules

Everything BidNearMe does in plain terms: how the board is ordered, what you can put on it, what gets shown publicly, and what a payment actually buys.

How ranking works

• Listing is free. A free listing goes on the board at the bottom, and paying is only how you climb.
• Paid bids are whole US dollars, $1 minimum, $999,999 maximum.
• Taking #1 costs at least $5 more than the current top bid. Paying less still puts you on the board at whatever rank that bid can take.
• Equal bids stay in the order they were placed. The older bid keeps the higher rank.
• Enter the same website again to raise that listing. You only pay the difference.

What you can list

• A real business website.
• Chat and invite links are not allowed — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal and similar.
• Links to sexual or adult content are not allowed.
• Query parameters are stripped from listing links, so affiliate, referral and tracking URLs will not work.
• Link shortener URLs are not allowed.

What we show

• Your business name, description and icon are read from your own website.
• Outbound clicks are counted and shown publicly on your listing.
• Listing links carry rel="nofollow sponsored", because rank here is paid.

After you pay

• A completed payment is what claims the rank. An abandoned checkout lists nothing and charges nothing.
• Your listing is public and holds its rank until someone outbids it.
• There is no expiry and no recurring charge.
